Jacobs Manufacturing fiberglass building maintenance manual:

Wash and wax the building yearly for maximum life. Lubricate continuous hinges with a light oil annually. If building needs repairs due to minor damage to the fiberglass you will need to order a repair kit from us at which time you will follow the instructions below.
